A new generation
Earlier this summer we had a stoop sale (that's what they call them here in Brooklyn). We sold a bunch of our old LPs. Who knew they would go so fast? But my 15 year old wanted pictures of the album covers before they sold. She's much smarter than we are. So here's a sampling of some of the albums we sold for $2 each (are we crazy?)

Someone got a good deal but you're not crazy...crazy is having an album collection that so huge it makes you physically ill to look at it (don't come to my house!)
I love that crosby stills & Nash album. That's one that I have always thought just sounds better on vinyl.

You did NOT sell Simon and Garfunkel. Did you really? So sad. My mom had that album and I took it to college with me. I still listen to it today! (not the actual album, though...thankfully)
So glad you had a successful sale...in St. Paul, we used to call that a garage sale.

Stella -- I DID sell it. I know it's a great album. I listened to it over and over and over and over when I was a kid. And that's why it was in very bad shape (skips, scratches, etc). I was actually embarrassed to be selling it in such bad shape but people buy this stuff.
